If one has plans or any unexpected things so he/she is not be able to join the study session that week, please leave a message or send an e-mail to everybody to ask for leaving no later than 5 p.m., if no, then one should be the host next Sunday.
The host can decide the deadline for asking for leaving if only he/she announces in the previous session or members should regard the deadline as 5 p.m. on Sunday.
